My gps led me across the street to an empty parking lot but we found it. This place has the best burrito and queso in the tri-state, hands down. We drive from Cincinnati to get it (45 minutes). We have tried the chicken burrito, steak burrito, nachos, and queso. The burritos have been the best so far. The queso is still melted and delicious when we get home. Do yourself favor and check this place out. The people working there are super friendly as well.

Always past this place sneaking home the back roads from work, and wanted to swing in. Luckily today, with a volleyball tournament nearby, we did. And sadly, I have been missing out. Friendly staff, fast service, and amazing tacos,. Really wanted the beef tongue, but they were out. No worries though, we will definitely be back.

I love Mexican food trucks, and this one is much better than most. The food at this truck is exceptional, and the servings are generous. The fellow working the truck is pleasant and quick. The truck is set back off the road, but worth seeking out. I give them my highest recommendation. Will definitely return soon!

First time here, and I am now a repeat customer. The food is fantastic, and the service is very fast. Took the kids on a Friday, and everyone agreed, wonderful. Ordered the steak tacos, $4.25 each, great. The steak burrito, $13.50, great. The chicken nachos, $13.00, great. The Birria Quesadilla, $12.00, phenomenal. Also, the burrito was around 2 lbs. Why would you ever go back to a chain Mexican restaurant when this is in the area? You don't.

Absolutely delicious Mexican food in Union! The Torta here is unbelievable. Bread is so crispy, filling is perfect. Every meat we've tried is out of this world! Only complaint is no pricing anywhere.

If you are craving Mexican I would absolutely make the drive out to Union, KY and find the Taco Queen! You will not find better Mexican food. The truck itself sits back on an empty wooded lot and they have a few tables under a covered pavilion. With being so close to the woods there were quite a few bugs, so make sure and use some bug spray, or grab the food to go. The menu itself is pretty large and plenty of options to choose from. They have the most meat options I think I've ever seen at a Mexican joint. Came on a Saturday evening around dinner time and there were only a few other customers so ordering was very quick, and the food came out within minutes. I ordered the chicken nachos and they were fantastic! The price is extremely fair and these were plenty for two people to share. The nachos come fully loaded and the toppings were all very fresh.

Drop whatever you're doing and make the drive down to Union for the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in NKY! Taco Queen is truly something special ... and came highly recommended by some local friends. My husband and I pulled up and parked in front of this cute little no-frills food truck around 7 p.m. on a Saturday. There was one other customer waiting for his meal in his car as we made our way up to the truck to order. Their menu is pretty standard - pick your protein and your preparation (taco, burrito, quesadilla, etc). They had a small sign at the ordering window advertising Nachos as their special, which I knew I had to try. I got them topped with Birria, while my husband opted for a couple of tacos with Chorizo and Asada. The young man who took our order said he'd bring it over to our car in a few minutes when it was done. There is a small, sheltered area to seat and eat, but it was a bit chilly for us to do that. Our order was delivered to us about five minutes later, filling our car with the most delicious scents. We could hardly wait until we got home to dig in ... but somehow we managed. We tried the tacos first - topped with traditional cilantros, onions, and some freshly made salsas. Both were quite tasty - although be warned that the Asada has quite a kick! The Nachos were loaded up with beans, cheese, pico de gallo, and pickled jalapeños. The Birria was perfectly tender - and paired well with the corn chips and saucy beans. The chips did soak through a bit in transit, but the flavors were so spot on that we didn't mind at all. I didn't manage to snag a picture of their hours, but it looked like this food truck is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and open for lunch and dinner throughout the rest of the week. Plus, they even take card payments - so there's really nothing stopping you from visiting Taco Queen ASAP!!
